Chihaya Minase (水奈瀬 千早 Minase Chihaya) is the wife of Nobuhiro Minase and the foster mother of Yuka Minase.

Chihaya is a gentle woman who cares a lot for Yuka Minase as well as Kakeru Satsuki (Yuka's childhood friend) and she has been worried when Yuka began to make nightmares because of her power.
