Samuel George Joseph (サミュエル・ジョージ・ジョセフ Samyueru Jouji Josefu), or simply Sir Joseph (サー・ジョセフ Saa Josefu) is a sub character in 11eyes: Resona Forma, Before Story arc, made after the real life Sir Samuel George Joseph, 1st Baronet. He is the 615th Lord Mayor of London. In his only appearance, he requested Index's assistance during the final phase of World War II and personally greeted Georgius of the Rainbow when the latter came to London per Index's order. The two seem to get along well, having the same hobby of reading. He is a normal human.
